Our puppies have delighted their owners with their lively personalities, trainability, and beauty.  We work daily with our puppies to produce the best possible companion dogs.  In the first weeks, they receive Early Neural Stimulation, and daily handling and observation with notes taken on weight, personalities and responses. When they are on their feet and eyes open, they are given a variety of different stimulating environments and play situations, as well as noise desensitization programs.  As older pups, their "habitat" allows them free access to their own good size yard during the day, and starts a natural potty training process.

Simon sired over 90 American champions and several more European champions in his breeding career.  He has been a top Poodle sire for five years.  He reliably threw his charisma, showy carriage, great intelligence, and very black color.

We have had such wonderful puppies, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren by Simon - what a great foundation sire!

Our sires and dams:
Sophie is beautiful, refined, sweet, super intelligent and very enthusiastic about life.  Sophie and Hotsie were born May 1st of 2015.  Sophie's first litter produced "Fizz" who attained his AKC championship as a puppy and is now starting a new career as a juniors show dog in the Czech Republic!.

Hotsie lives in Houston with handler Betty Brown, and  had her first litter September 16, by Ch. Donnchada By Request Suddenly Silver.  We have retained a beautiful big cream boy to show from this litter - Ardent Hottish.

Simon was the sire of Queen's 4th of July puppies, and he is the grandsire of our puppies from 2015 through 2018 out of our beautiful Simon daughters, and now, his granddaughters.

This beautiful son of Simon finished his championship quickly, and is now a proven sire.  He has had three litters to date, including our beautiful August 2017 litter out of Nadia.

Yankee is leggy, elegant, and a total love bug.  There is nothing I would change about him!
ChArdent Donnchada Debutante - "Debbie" is CC and Yankee's littermate.  She is a beautiful, leggy black girl we co-own with handler Betty Brown.  "Debbie" was not  shown due to an injury to a hind foot, but she is every bit as beautiful as her siblings!  Debbie was  bred in 2017 to GCh Targa Speak of the Devil, and we have kept a beautiful girl to show, handled by Betty:  Donnchada Ardent American Sweetheart -"Allie".

In 2020, Debbie was bred to our boy Revy and had a litter of three white and three black puppies. We have kept "Ricki" from this litter and she is has now finished her championship with Betty Brown, and is in her guardian home in the Northwest.

A second concern is for the older owner.  Make sure there is a plan in place, in case of unexpected illness, infirmity or death over the 15 or so years your puppy could live. This is a really big reason pets end up in rescue situations.  While our contract provides that we will take any dog back for any reason, family members trying to help at such a time rarely think of looking for the breeder to help rehome the dog.

Applications are taken when we know we have a pregnancy, about a month after breeding.  If you would like to be notified and be sent an application at this point, send me an email and I will keep your address in my file.

A note on puppy owner requirements:

Rev was a great show phenomenon, achieving his Grand Championship at 10 1/2 months.  He is making an equally great sire, as his conformation is so superior in qualities it is hard to produce or find - a great front, chest and shoulder layback, giving him perfect balance and extension front and back.

An equally great attribute is Revy's temperament - he is a supremely happy, self-confident and loving boy.

Rev has finished all his testing and puppies from his 2020 litters are now in the show ring, with four already finished champions. Revy is expecting more puppies from lovely girls in the Northwest in 2021.
If you are applying for a puppy, do make sure that you have time for a puppy, and do not need to leave your dog at home alone for extended periods of time because of work, school, etc.  Poodles especially are bred as companion dogs.  They really want to be with their people; this is not a breed that does well left home alone routinely for hours a day.

Here is Allie placing in her very competitive class at our National Specialty in 2019.  Allie is tall and leggy, refined and correct, and she produced an amazing litter with Revy in 2020, with three beautiful pups in the show ring in 2021.

What you cannot see from Allie's picture is just how beautiful and feminine she is.  She is just lovely, and so sweet to be around.

Allie has been bred again in June, 2021, to Ch. Summermist Dynamo.
Are you looking for a service/therapy dog?  Don't forget to tell us something about the life you can provide for your dog, in addition to what you expect the dog to do for you.   While I am proud to produce dogs that have the temperaments suited to an owner's special needs, my concern is the needs of the dog, so sharing something about this when inquiring is appreciated.

                           "Jazz"
GCh Tees Me Revelation of Ardent x Ch Donnchada Ardent American Sweetheart
                                  6/1/20
Jazz is one of our young champions by Revy, finishing soon after her brother "Ace", above.

Jazz has a bubbly personality, wicked intelligence, beautiful face, and of course, a lovely, correct structure.  She has a fantastic coat!  She received many compliments in her show career.

Jazz is now in her guardian home in Ridgefield, WA, where she will happily complete her puppyhood, and one day perhaps have puppies of her own.
And here is Jack, that same wonderful grandson eight years later in 2020, still a magnet for our puppies!
                  News Flash!

Our 6/1/2021 puppy out of Allie and Revy  - Ardent Talisman-  became a Grand Champion at the age of ten months! This is an astonishing feat at his age, and even more so because he did it in only four shows, with five Best of Variety wins.

"Ace" is now in his guardian home in Eugene, where he will be available at stud once he matures and finishes genetic testing.

Ricki is out of our own "Debbie" and "Revy", and is a half sister to Allie.  She has a sweet temperament, beautiful face and lovely, leggy, feminine frame.

Ricki finished her championship quickly as a puppy with Betty Brown, and is coming to the Northwest to live near us in her own guardian home.
Allie's 2021 litter
We have decided to take a break from breeding for a while, after raising Allie's two mega-litters!

If and when we breed again, we will post plans here as soon as we decide on them.

In the meantime we are happy to refer you to other responsible breeders in the Northwest.
